Typical Shifts:
* Morning: 5:30am – 11:00am
* Evening: 5:30pm – 10:00pm
Shift times may vary depending on business needs – flexibility is essential
About the Role:
We're hiring a reliable, customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistant with cooking experience to join our hospitality team. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving our hot breakfast and evening meals, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high cleanliness standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cook and serve breakfast and evening meals to brand standards
* Maintain clean, organised buffet and dining area
* Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
* Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
* Assist with stock rotation and kitchen cleanliness
Requirements:
* Must be able to work both morning (5:30am–11:00am) and evening (5:30pm–10:00pm) shifts
* Basic cooking or kitchen experience
* Friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
* Must be 18 or over due to shift patterns and alcohol handling
* Hospitality, food service, or hotel experience is a plus
