About the role

We are seeking an innovative Digital Learning Lead to drive digital learning, EdTech, and AI-enhanced practice across our Trust. You will empower staff and students to use technology confidently and effectively to improve teaching, learning, assessment, accessibility, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead the Trust\'s digital learning strategy
* Support staff to embed technology and AI in practice
* Promote effective and inclusive use of EdTech
* Work with leaders to ensure consistent implementation


About You

* Passionate about technology and AI in education
* Experienced in digital learning or EdTech
* Strong communicator who can support and inspire others
* Strategic, proactive, and collaborative

This is not a teaching role and not an IT technician role, but a strategic role focused on enhancing education through technology.
