Wakefield Council is looking for a fulltime Receptionist/Administration Officer to provide effective reception and administrative support services within Connecting Care. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to support customers effectively.

The successful candidate will manage enquiries, uphold customer care policies, and work independently in a busy front-line environment. A comprehensive induction and opportunities for further learning will be provided.
