This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to work closely with the CFO and senior leadership, contributing to the delivery of accurate financial reporting and the implementation of strong controls and processes across the Group. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in statutory reporting, budgeting, cashflow management, and post-acquisition integration, while also helping to shape and embed best practice methods. In addition, you will provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the finance function, supporting both their development and the ongoing growth of the business. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead statutory reporting, audit preparation, and compliance. Oversee group consolidation, monthly accounts, and reconciliations.
