Salary: £28,000-£32,000 Per Annum
Location: Doncaster
Hours: 08:00 – 16:00 or 08:30 – 16:30 or 09:00 – 17:00
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, Hybrid (1 Day Per Week From Home)

Role Overview:
As the Social Media Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our clients digital storytelling. You’ll work alongside a Marketing Manager to deliver exciting, multi-channel campaigns and lead the creation of vibrant and engaging multimedia content. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, is passionate about video, and is always scouting the next big trend to elevate brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Platform Strategy
4. Take full ownership of social media content creation across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
5. Develop and publish engaging and visually impactful multimedia content including short-form videos, reels, carousels, live stories, and more.
6. Innovate with new formats and storytelling approaches to showcase products, customer stories, and brand ethos.
Platform & Trend Exploration
7. Stay ahead of emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends.
8. Experiment with new channels and formats to reach and engage our clients core and future audiences.
9. Provide insights, optimisation opportunities, reporting and recommendations to the wider marketing team on platform innovations and performance.
Campaign & Brand Support
10. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver integrated social media activity as part of wider campaigns.
11. Support the launch and amplification of seasonal offers, events, content campaigns, and brand initiatives.
12. Ensure content and tone are aligned with overall brand strategy and guidelines.
Customer Visits & Live Content
13. Occasionally visit customers to capture real-life promotional content (photos, testimonials, and video).
14. Plan and execute behind-the-scenes, ‘on-site’ content to bring the customer experience to life.
15. Host or assist in live streams, virtual events, and site tours via social platforms.
The successful candidate:
16. Proven experience managing and creating social content for a brand.
17. A creative mindset with a strong eye for design, tone, and storytelling.
18. Skilled in short-form video creation (shooting, editing, captions, reels/TikTok).
19. Comfortable being on camera and interacting with customers and team members on-site.
20. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, native or third-party publishing tools.
21. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools is a must.
22. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
