We're partnering with a well-established Bristol-based cost consultancy that delivers high-value projects across the commercial, residential and mixed-use sectors. They currently have a small QS team of 10 and are looking to grow the team, offering a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director to take a leadership role.
The Role
As an Associate Director, you'll take a strategic leadership position within the business, combining project oversight with client relationship management.
* Leading major cost management and commercial projects
* Managing and mentoring senior and junior surveyors
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Advising clients on procurement strategy, risk management, and cost planning
* Supporting business growth through new opportunities and frameworks
What You'll Need
* MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor with significant consultancy experience
* Proven track record in managing high-value projects
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management ability
* Commercially minded, able to drive both projects and business growth
What's On Offer
* £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
