Material Resource Planning Controller Burnley Mon-Fri Days £27,540 per annum Rapid Recruit are currently looking for a Material Resource Planning Controller to join our client’s team in Burnley. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day functions of the purchasing department, specifically in relation to raw material film and indirects requirements. Key Responsibilities: * The placing and expediting of POs to ensure all business needs are met. * Communicate likely problems to relevant departments/personnel so as not to adversely affect business needs. * To update the Purchasing Manager of any potential issues with OTIF, deliveries, or supplier relations. * Ensure POs are attributed to the correct stock or consignment category. * Handle any queries relating to POs placed. * Chase up any missing paperwork as required within the purchasing function. * File paperwork as required within the purchasing function regularly and in a timely manner. * Ensure the purchasing processes are always followed. * Liaise closely with and understand the requirements of all key personnel/departments. * Maintain and use any relevant purchasing reports. * Always complete all duties to a high standard, in line with business objectives.
