Group Parts Manager Location: Avonmouth (travel to Swindon & Gloucester) Hours: MondayFriday, 40 hours Salary: £45,000 bonus Benefits: Company car The Role Were looking for an experienced Group Parts Manager to lead a multi-site operation, driving parts sales, team performance, and customer service standards across all locations. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Parts Supervisors, Advisors, and Drivers Oversee daily parts operations across multiple sites Drive parts sales across retail, workshop, and trade channels Manage stock control, audits, and operational performance Improve processes and ensure consistency across all sites Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery About You Proven experience in automotive parts or aftersales management Strong leadership and team development skills Commercially focused with a sales-driven mindset Organised, detail-focused, and customer-oriented Multi-site experience (desirable)
