About the role:
Mid Powys Home Support is a service covering Llanidloes, Rhayader and Llandrindod Wells. Home Supports aims to support individuals within the local communities remain living in their homes maintaining independence however having the reassurance there
is support should someone need.
About you:
* We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, approachable

What you will do:
* Provide care and support to those within the community this consists of
regular welfare calls / signposting and promoting community involvement and presence.
* Responding to emergency call outs (I.e., Fall)
* Working with other services / professionals to ensure individuals have the care and support they require to live the life they want
* Promoting the service within the service area

Service: Adult Social Care
Salary: Grade 5 Point 7 to Point 9 £26,403 to £27,254 per annum pro rata £13.68 to £14.12 per hour
