We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, deployable Engineered System Solutions (ESS) supporting the MOD, Home Office, and international clients.
This is more than a delivery role — it’s an opportunity to take ownership of high-value, operationally critical programmes that directly support defence and security operations worldwide.

* Lead electrical, mechanical and technical teams in complex operational environments
* Manage budgets, financial reporting, and delegated authority
* Develop robust risk registers, KPIs and executive dashboards
* Engage confidently with MOD, Home Office and international defence stakeholders
* Produce structured MS Project plans and high-quality reporting
* Support new business opportunities and bid activity
* Champion continuous improvement, efficiency and cost optimisation
* Coach and develop project team capability

* Experience managing MOD, Home Office or international military stakeholders
* Strong commercial awareness and financial control capability
