Job Title: Care Home Manager

What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior management role within a care home.
* Proven track record in CQC registration / compliance or ready to lead the home through registration.
* Strong leadership skills: able to manage staff, lead service‑users' care, and implement process improvements.
* Right to work in the UK and valid driving licence.
* Ability to work flexibly (weekends / evenings / on‑call) in Slough.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all operational aspects of the care home including quality of care, health & safety, staffing, and finance.
* Develop and maintain care plans for service users, ensure person‑centred approach.
* Lead home through CQC registration; ensure ongoing compliance.
* Motivate, train, supervise staff; build a strong team culture.
* Bring forward ideas to improve service delivery, environment, and resident satisfaction.
* Manage budgets, staffing rotas, resource allocation and performance reporting.
* Maintain health, safety, safeguarding, infection control and other regulatory systems.
* Engage with service users, families, external stakeholders to deliver excellent user experience and care feedback.
* Use experience to initiate improvements, new ideas, and best practice in service delivery.
