About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Executive to join our Credit Insurance team. You’ll manage an inherited portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with decision-makers and underwriters.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing all aspects of a credit insurance portfolio across varied client sizes
* Leading policy inception, renewal, and day-to-day servicing meetings
* Handling contract negotiations and insurer communications
* Building long-term relationships with clients and underwriters
* Preparing technical reports and renewal summaries
* Ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards and timelines
Who we’re looking for
* Experience in credit insurance account management
* Exceptional attention to detail and process efficiency
* Strong time management and adaptability to changing workloads
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and understanding their business needs
* Willingness to learn and grow within a technical insurance discipline
* Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated team player
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
