Teaching Personnel are looking for a compassionate and reliable SEN Learning Support Assistant to provide outreach support to students across Plymouth. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working 1:1, is confident travelling between sites and wants to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people. About the role: Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with SEN, often outside of mainstream school settings. Build positive relationships and act as a role model to encourage engagement in learning. Support with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and learning development.
