Our client in North Tyneside is looking to add an experienced Plumber with Gas to their team. You will be based in North Tyneside, working as part of our client’s Property Maintenance Team.
Working Details:
* Monday – Friday
* 37 hours per week
* 08:30 - 16:30
Pay Rate: £20 Ltd per hour
Responsibilities include:
* Performing general maintenance and repairs in domestic and untenanted properties.
* Working on bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas to deliver high-quality domestic maintenance work.
* Pre-inspecting and diagnosing repair requirements.
* Ensuring repairs and maintenance works are completed considerately within agreed timescales.
Candidate Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plumbing
* Gas Qualification
* At least 1 year of experience in similar roles
* Full UK Driving License
