What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering friendly, efficient customer service
* Working closely with clients, carriers and overseas offices to keep shipments moving
* Preparing quotations and key documentation including CMRs, invoices and insurance certificates
* Keeping a sharp eye on cost effective solutions to add value for customers
* Supporting the wider operations team across multi-modal activities
What You Bring
* At least 1 year's experience freight / transport operations
* Has some knowledge of handling shipments from quotation through to delivery and billing
* Strong communication skills and a customer first mindset
* A desire to learn, grow and be part of a developing team
