THE ROLE
This role is a permanent part time position (minimum 16 hours per week / starting £13.00 per hour) for the successful candidate who will work closely with our Chiropractic and administrative team to help provide an exceptional patient experience and to assist with various tasks within our busy clinic.
Tuesdays 13.30 to 19.00, Thursdays 13.30 to 19.00 and Fridays 08.00 to 13.00.
Starting end September / October 2025

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer service – meet and greet patients, creating a welcoming and warm environment, handling payments
Clinic support – manage patient files, data recording, following day to day procedures of
the clinic in a timely and efficient manner.
Telephone management - Handling appointment enquiries, returning missed calls and voice messages.
Practitioner support – Following up on communication between patients and practitioners as required, drafting documents.
Digital diary - Creating and rescheduling appointments, generating digital receipts.
Attend team meetings - contribute new ideas to the growth and efficiency of the clinic operations.
