Salary: £35,000 - 39,000 base + tips (based on experience)
Hours: 40 hours a week (across 5 days a week) – typical shifts include 3 night shifts a week. Must be able to work night shifts and weekends.

About the Role
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll bring energy, leadership and personality to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while taking full ownership of the department’s success.
You will be passionate about delivering outstanding food and drink experiences, balancing professionalism with a hands‑on and approachable leadership style.
Key Responsibilities
* Take complete ownership of the food and beverage offering, providing clear direction on service standards, product quality, guest experience and operational performance.
* Develop, motivate and inspire your team; conduct regular 1-2-1s, support performance management, identify training needs and actively upskill team members.
* Create a positive, accountable culture where individuals feel supported, challenged and empowered to succeed.
* Oversee stock control, ordering, compliance and health & safety, ensuring the department operates safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.
* Ensure flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as part of a 24/7 casino environment.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager or Food & Beverage Manager within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing, coaching and developing teams.
* Proven ability to conduct 1-2-1s, deliver training and drive team performance through continuous upskilling.
* Experience taking ownership of a full F&B offering, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Strong commercial awareness, including stock control, ordering, rota management and operational analysis.
* Personal Licence Level 3 qualification (current or previously held preferred).
* A proactive, passionate, hands‑on approach with excellent attention to detail.

* Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
* Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends is required.
