We have immediate opportunities available for either MRICS or FRICS chartered surveyors nationwide. These are long-term, freelance/self-employed roles with exceptional earning potential.
Our client has developed their own, easy-to-use, question-based, iOS-based, on-site software, which is fully court compliant. This enables concise information to be captured during visits, eliminating the need for longhand reports and Scott Schedules to be typed out later.
These roles are ideally suited for surveyors looking to build exposure to building pathology and expert witness work. The current work portfolio mainly covers housing disrepair but also includes large loss surveying and other related disciplines.
