TSR Legal is working with a successful conveyancing department in Bedford who are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join their busy team.
The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure cases are handled efficiently and to the highest standard. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle residential conveyancing cases from instruction to completion.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other professionals.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with firm procedures.
Provide advice and guidance to clients where appropriate.
Use case management systems efficiently to manage workload and deadlines.
Deliver a high standard of client service at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience.
Strong knowledge of residential property transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in IT, including case management systems.
Understanding of the legal implications of conveyancing matters.
