Your role
We are currently seeking a Maximo Functional Consultant to join our team and contribute to a range of exciting, high-impact projects. This role offers flexible working options and the opportunity to collaborate with leading clients across the UK.
Your Profile
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes.
2. Facilitate workshops to capture functional requirements and define solution scope.
Maximo Configuration & Implementation
3. Translate business needs into Maximo configurations and workflows.
4. Configure core Maximo modules: Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, and Procurement.
5. Customize applications using Application Designer and conditional expressions.
Testing & Training
6. Develop and execute test scripts for functional and user acceptance testing.
7. Deliver end-user training sessions and produce supporting materials.
8. Provide hands-on support during UAT and go-live phases.
Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation
9. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
10. Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Required Skills & Experience
11. Proven expertise in Maximo Application Suite modules: Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, Procurement.
12. Experience with Maximo Application Designer and conditional expressions.
13. Familiarity with workflows, escalations, and communication templates.
14. Understanding of Maximo security groups and access control.
15. Basic knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
16. Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
17. Experience with BIRT or Cognos for report customization.
18. Strong communication and documentation skills.
