Finance Officer/Manager Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain financial recording systems
* Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers
* Review expenditure and assist with cost reductions
* Accurately process weekly payments for staff salaries
* Manage, issue, monitor, control, and audit the petty cash system
* Liaise with external auditors
* Monitor financial details to ensure legal requirements are met
* Identify opportunities for improvement to support organisational goals
* Key contact for queries and managing account updates
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a similar role essential
* AAT Level 3 desirable
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
