Kirklees Council are advertising this role on behalf of Women Centre
The postholder will be a point of contact in the 1125 team supporting girls and young women (aged 11-25 years) across Calderdale and Kirklees. The post holder will use a co-produced approach to provide young women with 1:1 wrap around, tailored support and resilience building to address their needs before problems multiply and become entrenched. The post holder will also integrate all emerging learning to enhance and inform the development of the project.
The successful candidate will have
* Experience of working with girls and young women
* Experience of undertaking assertive outreach with communities to engage girls and young women
* Experience of using co-production to enable girls and young women who are using the service to be involved in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of the support they receive.
