Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver engineering projects from concept through design, execution, and handover Apply sound engineering judgement to complex technical, operational, and commercial challenges Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, contractors, and clients Ensure compliance with UK regulations, British Standards, and health & safety requirements Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and documentation Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and performance Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior engineers and technicians Contribute to project planning, cost control, scheduling, and risk management Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies as required Requirements Bachelor’s degree (BEng or MEng) in Engineering or a related discipline 7–15 years’ experience in an engineering role within industrial, manufacturing, construction, energy, infrastructure, or technology environments Strong technical expertise within your engineering discipline Experience working to UK legislation, British Standards, and industry codes of practice Proven ability to manage or significantly contribute to complex engineering projects Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working toward chartership preferred Proficiency with relevant engineering software, tools, and systems Benefits Private Healthcare Plan Pension Plans Life Assurance Leave Package Training & Development
