Homeless Support Worker
The Quay Project, Greenfield £25,108 per year +
£45 per sleep‑in 37 hours per week | Rolling rota (Days, Nights, Weekends & Sleep‑Ins)
What You’ll Do
* Support residents in daily living, wellbeing and routines
* Build trusted relationships
* Encourage training, volunteering and employment
* Keep clear digital records
* Sleep‑ins: one afternoon shift per week, staying overnight and opening the project at 8am; paid an extra £45 per sleep‑in
* Work a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be empathetic, reliable, self‑motivated and comfortable using IT systems. Experience in housing, youth or social care is great but the right values and attitude matter most. You need to be able to drive for this role. Enhanced DBS required (we pay for this).
