Were working with a market-leading sports news and media company based in Southampton, delivering real-time digital content and analytics to millions of users worldwide. Theyre now looking for an IT Technician to join their talented technical team and support a growing, high-performance digital operation.
This is a hybrid role, perfect for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to take on a varied mix of support, infrastructure, and project work. Youll gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualisation, and networking, while being supported by senior engineers wholl help you progress quickly into 3rd Line or Infrastructure roles .
Required Skills: 13 years experience in IT support or 2nd Line roles
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
Exposure to Azure, Intune, or virtualisation is highly beneficial
Solid understanding of networking basics DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Passionate about tech, ambitious, and eager to grow
