Job Title: KYC Quality Assurance Analyst

Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) in Global KYC Operations is responsible for performing KYC on clients of Deutsche Bank Group and Affiliates across Corporate Investment Banking. The 1 LoD Know Your Client (KYC) Quality Assurance (QA) - CB/IB Financial Crime Risk (FCR) and Compliance Business Control Office (BCO) function provides assurance to stakeholders that DB's KYC files reviewed meet the standards defined in the KYC Policy - DB Group and local requirements (where applicable) through an independent assessment of KYC files, including Client Risk Ratings and Due Diligence activities undertaken by the Business to manage Financial Crime Risks presented by the Client.

Your key responsibilities
* Operate as a KYC Quality Assurance SME within the global KYC QA function, specializing in KYC & AML
* Review KYC files on a sample basis, applying QA methodology to ensure standards are met across locations and client types
* Identify risks within KYC documentation, ensuring issues are remediated or escalated appropriately
* Partner with CLM & AFC QA teams to improve KYC standards
* Provide in-depth technical knowledge on policies, processes, products, and regulations
* Stay updated on industry best practices and share knowledge internally
Your skills and experience
* Profound knowledge of KYC matters with significant operational experience
* Experience with investment banking clients and complex client structures
* Ability to work independently
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under high standards and time constraints
* Expertise in operational processes and policy improvements, with the ability to transfer knowledge to colleagues
