We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Technician for our client on a temporary basis in Aberdeen. Must have mechanical experience, pressure test experience is advantageous. Duties include but not limited to redressing gate valves, ball valves, preparing equipment for NDT, troubleshooting, preparing Well Test equipment for projects. We are looking for enthuastic, reliable and hardworking individuals for this role. This will be a full time Monday-Friday hours role. Requirements Previous experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role. Proven experience in hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing. Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation. Good understanding of mechanical systems, piping, valves, and pressure equipment. Knowledge of health & safety procedures related to pressure systems. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
