Support Worker –Acton Location: Acton, London Pay: £13.85 per hour / £27,008 per annum (Overtime: £15.52 per hour) Hours: Full-time, minimum 37.5 hours per week (rota basis, including days, nights, and weekends) Days Full – time – (37.5 hours on a rota basis – Mon-Sun) Nights full – time (40 hours – 4 nights per week) About the Role As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people with learning disabilities live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives. You will support individuals with a range of needs, from complex health conditions and communication challenges to those working towards greater independence. Your responsibilities will include: Providing person-centred care and support, both day and night. Assisting with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and household tasks. Supporting individuals to access the community, build independence skills, and stay safe. Working collaboratively with families and professionals to ensure the best outcomes. Using digital tools and apps to promote independence and track progress. What We’re Looking For Flexibility to work days, nights, or both on a rota basis (minimum 37.5 hours per week). Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs ideally in a Support Living Service Willingness to undertake manual handling and personal care as part of daily duties. INDHC
