With a healthy order book and consistent investment, they’re expanding their team to ensure production continues to run smoothly and efficiently.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\n * Be the vital link between design, production, and procurement.\n\n * Develop and manage detailed production plans and schedules\n\n * Coordinate manufacturing activities across internal teams and external subcontractors\n\n * Support the shop floor with day-to-day issues (tooling, quality, materials)\n\n * Identify and implement process improvements to optimise machining, fabricating, and assembly.\n\n * Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet customer deadlines.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * Previous experience in a production engineering or production planning role within a similar engineering/manufacturing environment.\n\n * Solid understanding of manufacturing methods (machining, fabrication, assembly)\n\n * Confident communicating across different departments and resolving issues proactively\n\n * Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines\n\nWhy join?\n\n * Join a business with a strong order book and real investment in its people and future growth\n\n * Enjoy variety — this isn’t just a desk job; you’ll have a visible presence on the shop floor, driving improvements and solving problems in real time\n\n * Work closely with senior decision-makers in a business where your input matters
