On any one day, approximately 350 talented people support the operations at the complex, which can peak around 950 people during major events.This heavily unionised environment will require you to support with all thing’s employee relations, complex case management, and regular union negotiations on a multi layered site. You will take responsibility for:Advising line managers on how to manage employee relations in accordance with current legislation and best practice in order to minimise risk to the business.To remain up to date with all legislation, providing feedback and updating company policies accordingly to ensure they remain fit for purpose with a focus on added value and continual service improvement.To coach and develop stakeholders and employees in HR responsibilities and company processes when passed to line.Support with performance appraisal process and review and manage training and development opportunities.You will support with some recruitment and selection and provide HR Regional advice and guidance within UK.The role will also provide operational management/support of discipline, grievance, absence policy together with wider HR Team and the proving advice and guidance on remuneration issues.This role offers true flexibility, with the ability to manage your own diary, and with 2 days working from home. The role offers a salary plus a car allowance to support some occasion travel to other local sites.You will receive an enhanced pension contribution, excellent annual leave entitlement and coaching and development from the wider HR team.
