We're looking for an experienced Night Chef to support a busy contract catering operation in Castle Donington. If you're confident working independently, enjoy a fast-paced kitchen, and want consistent night shifts, this role could be perfect for you. This is a temporary role, which will be covering sickness and holiday cover. ?? What you'll be doing: Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard Working independently to manage your section efficiently Ensuring correct storage, rotation and handling of ingredients Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards Supporting the wider team where needed with a professional, can-do attitude ? What we're looking for: Previous experience as a Chef in a similar catering or production environment Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (within the last 3 years) Own chef whites and knives Ability to travel to Castle Donington for a 7pm start Strong time management and attention to detail Comfortable working nights and independently ??
