This role offers excellent variety, working across restaurant service, events, and banqueting including weddings and private functions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality dishes to consistent standards Work across all kitchen sections to support service delivery Assist with menu development and seasonal dishes Support event and function catering Maintain food hygiene, safety, and COSHH standards Manage stock control, ordering, and storage Support training of junior staff Work closely with senior chefs Skills & Experience Previous Chef de Partie experience in a busy kitchen Passion for food and high standards Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure Creative approach to food Qualifications Food Hygiene Level 2 minimum NVQ Level 2 in Cookery desirable Shift Patterns Early: 06:45 - 15:00 Late: 12:00 - 21:00 (later finishes during functions) Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
