About the Role We’re on a mission to transform the lives of adult smokers by introducing them to IQOS – a reduced-risk heated tobacco product. As a Territory Manager, you’ll lead a team of 5–10 Field Sales Executives across the Manchester–Liverpool region, helping them raise awareness and drive sales within controlled environments. This is a field-based role where you’ll spend time supporting new starters, guiding underperformers, and celebrating success. You’ll be the team’s main point of contact – a natural leader, communicator, and coach who thrives on performance and people development. Key Responsibilities Performance & People Management * Drive team performance, ensuring KPIs and regional sales targets are met * Coach and develop your team’s sales techniques and customer engagement * Create and implement performance improvement plans where needed * Support onboarding and early success of new starters * Monitor daily performance and proactively address absenteeism or concerns * Champion a high-quality customer journey and ensure compliance at all times Relationship Building * Build strong relationships with your team, retailers, and stakeholders * Act as the bridge between frontline staff and head office * Motivate your team and foster a positive, competitive team culture Data & Reporting * Submit accurate daily reports in a timely manner * Use reporting systems to analyse trends and identify opportunities * Train team members on reporting platforms and processes Issue Resolution * Be the go-to person for troubleshooting team, tech, or store issues * Escalate concerns to appropriate channels when necessary, with a problem-solving mindset What We’re Looking For * 2 years of sales experience and 1 year in a sales management role * Experience working in a KPI-driven, target-based environment * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle * Able to commit to a full-time, 5-day schedule (8 hours per day) What’s in it for You? * Generous and achievable bonus scheme * Corporate expense card for fuel, parking and business expenses * 5 days of paid training on company, products and systems * Pension scheme
