* Sleep-In Rate: £65 per shift
* Shift Pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off

The Role
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established children's residential care provider for a Residential Care Worker to join a supportive team within a 4-bed home in Salisbury, supporting young people aged 8-17 years.
You will play a key role in providing high-quality, nurturing care and support, helping young people build confidence, resilience, and independence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing consistent, compassionate care in a safe and supportive environment
* Acting as a positive role model and setting clear boundaries
* Supporting daily routines, education, and social activities
* Promoting emotional wellbeing and responding to behaviours of concern
* Safeguarding young people and recognising signs of risk
* Working collaboratively with social workers, schools, and professionals
* Contributing to care plans, reviews, and therapeutic support
* Maintaining high standards within the home (health & safety, wellbeing)
