The Performance Analyst will support our Senior Manager, Data & Analytics and sit within the Sony Pictures Entertainment team at OMD EMEA. We are looking for someone with strong excel skills, a creative thinker and someone who can deliver performance reports for our media campaigns. You will be expected to visualize data clearly and provide qualitative insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance. You will also have the opportunity to streamline and develop smarter ways of working. Attention to detail is imperative and you will have advanced excel skills, ready to learn more. There will be opportunity to support on our Power BI Performance Dashboard, ensuring data is accurate and pulling in correctly, working with our Data Governance and Visualisation team and local markets to do so. OMD has held the Sony Pictures International business for around 20 years, and over that time the business and movie landscape has changed significantly. 2024 is going to be one of our biggest years yet so it is an exciting time to be joining the team with significant opportunity for autonomy. We have supported Sony through some of their biggest releases including Spider-Man: No Way Home (the highest grossing Sony Pictures film of all time). We are a team of entertainment fans who work closely together, supporting each others ambitions. We also have responsibility for a high number of international markets so your role will be working with the Central team in London, as well as markets across EMEA, LATAM and APAC. Responsibilities Campaign reporting Pulling together weekly and end of campaign reports for Sony Pictures, ensuring data is clear and visualized in an easy-to-read manner. Reports require data from platforms such as TikTok, Meta, DV360, Reddit and Pinterest. This role will be responsible for pulling this data from the platforms, manipulate the data and ensure accuracy. You will be a creative thinker with ability to think outside of the box to provide qualitative insights and recommendations for our reports, based on platform data. Support with pacing reporting across multiple campaigns, reporting back to Central Activation team, highlighting anything over or under pacing across search, programmatic and social. Ensuring data accuracy and quality across all reports shared with the client. Supporting the Senior Manger in streamlining ways of working when it comes to reporting. Performance dashboard: Quality assurance of our SPE performance dashboard, liaising with Data, Transformation and visualization teams. Support with driving taxonomy compliance across central as well as local markets. Work with local teams to identify ways the Dashboard can be improved, collating feedback and analysing similar trends. Collate local team/ client feedback for the existing features and support future implementation. Additional project support Support the Senior Manger in analysis of data for ad hoc projects. This may include projects such as analysing client feedback scores or building new dashboards to showcase client media spend across markets. Support with bi-annual Governance meetings, providing charts and data visualization as required. Skills and experience required Data Analyst experience or similar. Creative thinker with ability to think outside of the box to provide qualitative insights. Experienced in producing reports for senior stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills necessary. Power BI experience and understanding of the media landscape would be a bonus, but not essential. Experience with media and advertising would be a bonus, but not essential.
