We are looking for an Apprentice Laboratory Technician to join our team and support the development, validation, and quality testing of our innovative outdoor building products. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will support day‑to‑day laboratory activities including: Testing raw materials and finished products Conducting in‑process and final inspection checks Preparing and logging test panels for external fire classification Supporting NPD (New Product Development) trials through weighing, mixing, and recording data Maintaining excellent lab housekeeping and 5S standards Assisting with equipment checks and calibration schedules Updating Excel trackers and producing simple test summaries Following SOPs and contributing to continuous improvement activities You’ll learn core laboratory skills and gain hands‑on experience that directly contributes to product performance and compliance.
