What you’ll be doing:
* Producing full monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, accruals, prepayments, journals)
* Cashflow forecasting, KPI monitoring, and variance analysis
* Intercompany recharges, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and stock audits
* Supporting audits, liaising with external accountants, and preparing audit packs
* Delivering reporting and insights to guide strategy and decision-making
* Identifying cost savings and driving process improvements
What we’re looking for:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, part-qualified, or QBE – experience matters most
* 3+ years’ experience as a Management Accountant
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in stock/product-based businesses is advantageous
* A team player with energy, initiative, and a proactive mindset
