We are a dynamic and growing restaurant group known for our high standards and exceptional guest experiences. With two busy venues under our care, were looking for a skilled and reliableMaintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our spaces running smoothly.
The Role:
As our in-house Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for the general upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of all our restaurant locations. Youll also work with external contractors alongside the groups Operations Manager & Operations Director to ensure all work is completed to our standards, on time and within budget, with a keen eye on future proofing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general repairs, builders odd jobs and maintenance across both sites.
* Carry out basic plumbing, plastering, painting, carpentry, and other hands-on tasks.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests from venue managers.
* Carry out regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
* Liaise with and supervise outside contractors when specialist work is required.
* Monitor and maintain maintenance logs and ensure compliance with the groups health & safety standards via our systems Food Alert (Alert 65) & Access Maintain.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience in a maintenance role, ideally within hospitality.
* Competence in a range of trades including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting, and builders work and odd jobs.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A full UK driving licence (Not essential).
