About the Role
As a Deli Assistant, you'll be right at the heart of delivering great service and great food to our customers. You'll prepare and serve a variety of freshly made products, from ready-to-go items to delicious made-to-order options. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help create a welcoming environment while keeping our high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing
Your role will be varied, hands-on, and customer-focused, including:
* Providing friendly, helpful service and sharing product knowledge with customers
* Preparing, baking, and presenting our tasty range of deli products
* Ensuring shelves and counters are fully stocked and attractively displayed
* Following food safety standards including allergen awareness, labelling, and audits
* Keeping equipment and work areas clean, safe, and sanitised at all times
