Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 per annum + Company Van and Fuel Card + Pension

About You
* At least 5+ years’ post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying within construction, preferably with a Main Contractor
* Demonstrated experience across commercial, residential, or refurbishment projects
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial procedures
* Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation capabilities
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office and commercial management software
* Full driving licence (preferred but not essential)
* Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
* Working towards or already achieved chartered status with RICS
What You’ll Do
* Oversee project costs, manage variations, and produce accurate cost reporting
* Handle interim valuations, payment submissions, and final account agreements
* Review subcontractor applications and variation claims
* Assist with cashflow control and reduce commercial risk exposure
* Identify value engineering solutions to improve cost efficiency
* Ensure adherence to contract terms and maintain comprehensive commercial records
* Work closely with site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
