Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: Up to £50,000
On-going Temporary Position (Potential to go Permanent)
Office‑based role requiring five days onsite per week
Hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Our client is currently seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys keeping processes running smoothly.
The Role:
You will work closely as part of a collaborative team, providing dependable and highly organised “right‑hand” support. The role plays a key part in the hiring process, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You will be responsible for supporting multiple vacancies simultaneously within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate interviews and manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
* Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Maintain accurate records and updates within recruitment systems.
* Assist recruiters and hiring managers with administrative and coordination tasks.
* Prioritise tasks effectively to manage competing deadlines.
* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
* Support weekly planning and workflow management.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
