This role is for a Foundation & Adult Learning Administrator at City of Portsmouth College. The salary range is Actual £16,442.40 - £17,264.52 Pro Rata, Full Time Equivalent £23,923.21- £25,119.37 per annum. The hours of work are 30 Hours per week, 36 Weeks per year, Part-Time, Permanent.

About the role: The administrator is our initial point of contact and is responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the area, therefore maintaining the workload of the service effectively. This will be a fast paced, varied role and a keen knowledge of IT systems could be beneficial for you in a position like this.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide high quality administrative support to our Online students
* Contacting non-engaging students
* Dealing with student queries
* To liaise with online tutors
* To collate necessary information in a timely manner for student certifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Good maths and English skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Proficient in the use of IT and different systems
* Ability to work well in teams but also to work independently, with the minimum of supervision
