About You

We offer a Trainee Nursing Assistant program designed to upskill Senior Care Assistants to undertake clinical tasks such as administering medicines, wound care, and catheter care under supervision. Successful completion of the program results in a salary increase.
Qualifications for the program include:
1. Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards)
2. At least 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care as a Senior Carer or similar leadership role, especially involving medication administration and shift leadership
3. Knowledge of person-led care planning and relevant legal/regulatory requirements
