We're looking for a talented Baker to join our team to create magic with Sourdough and seasonal bakes. Levain Bakehouse is a new independent bakery specialising in artisan baking including; sourdough, enriched doughs and viennoiserie. We're a small team so responsibilities will be varied across production.
Must Haves:
* A passion for the craft of baking
* At least 1 years' experience in sourdough baking (in a retail capacity or as an enthusiastic home baker)
* A willingness to step into the Barista world occasionally to craft great coffee and interact with customers (we are a small team and all muck in to make the bakery run like clockwork)
* Reliable, conscientious and hard working
* Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene certificate
Hours:
* 14 hours/week
* Saturday and Sunday 5.30am pm
* Possibility for this role to become full time in ~6 months, if desired
