What you’ll be doing
1. Help influence and shape requirements for new multi-channel activity from the wider business
2. Define the segment/offer targeting for a customer journey.
3. Work alongside Product Owner to drive key commercial base KPIs - Churn, SRC, utilisation, engagement etc.
4. Work with key business stakeholders to identify areas of optimisation
5. Work with the multidisciplinary squad to ensure the base customer journey is delivered from idea to execution.
6. Support the refining and prioritising of product backlog
7. Work with the squad to develop and deliver campaigns across multiple channels, e.g. Digital, Retail, Contact Centres.
8. Build business cases, using insight and modelling to build scenarios
9. Drive base trials performance/KPIs including ensuring test and learn v control
The skills and experience you will have under your belt

11. Excellent commercial thinker
12. Excellent stakeholder management & influencing within the squad, but also with external stakeholder trading, digital, props & customer service teams
13. Use of insight to understand macro commercial and customer challenges, and how it impacts the approach of their squad
14. Commercial/marketing/proposition experience
15. Solution and simplicity focused, always able to break through complex issues
16. Strong presentation skills
17. Autonomous and able to think on their feet
18. Examples of being a self-starter in previous roles and able to take on and develop new skills
19. Ideally experience in working in agile operating models and working within squads
