Your role as Account Director:
As Account Director, you will lead and drive the overall strategy within your client portfolio.
* Building strong relationships and communicating effectively with clients
* Understand your clients’ business, markets and objectives
* Guide your clients with the agency’s new innovative thinking
* Deliver the best and most appropriate new media solutions
* Produce monthly revenue & renewal forecasts and reports
* Ensure that a central file is kept of essential client information
* Monthly and quarterly client planning sessions and reviews with clients
* Work to client profitability targets
What we'd like you to bring to the role:
* Considerable experience in a Digital Agency
* Proven experience in People Management
* Consistent achievement of financial targets and ability to upsell to clients
* Highly organised and able to manage documentation
* High quality customer service and rapport building skills
* The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment using high levels of initiative to deliver results
