Do you enjoy leading and developing engineering teams, overseeing service delivery, and driving performance, while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, compliant service? This is an excellent opportunity for a Refrigeration Service Manager who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and strategic input, with the chance to shape service operations, secure new business, and progress towards a future Director-level role within the business.
