QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification. A strong passion for teaching Sociology at both KS4 and KS5. Specific Responsibilities Planning and delivering effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners. Assessing and recording student achievement. Managing the classroom effectively to ensure a positive learning environment. Supporting students’ personal and academic development. Building positive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents to ensure effective communication and progress. Salary The salary will be paid in line with the teacher pay scale ( MPS/UPS ), depending on experience.
