Responsibilities
* Working with a team of Solicitors/Conveyancers specialising in commercial property
* Assisting with managing the workflow for allocated fee earners
* Liaising with clients and other third parties to progress client cases
* Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry via online portal
* Producing and submitting SDLT forms to the HMRC electronically
* Preparing a wide range of correspondence and complex documentation
