One role will be based in a solo children's home, and the other in a two-bed home for females at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE). Who we are looking for… We are seeking a committed and experienced Deputy Manager to support and lead teams in Salisbury. The first role is within a Solo Children’s Home, while the second is for a two-bed home focused on female children at risk of CSE. You will lead the care and management of children aged 7-12, applying trauma-informed care approaches, with an 80% focus on proactive care and 20% managerial responsibilities. Experience in trauma and attachment-based care is essential.
